Pet-centric perks are just another thing that makes Lumen Grant Park so cool. Wet noses are welcome – whether they’re out playing at our private dog park or getting pampered at the pet spa.
Pet Policy
There is a limit of 2 pets per apartment. There is a one-time pet fee of $300, and a monthly pet rent of $25 per pet. At full-size, pets may not exceed 60 pounds combined weight. Please contact the leasing office for details regarding breed and animal restrictions.
